Addaero Solo was developed to provide answers to these questions. It is the new version building on the success of Addaero classic. Solo is a web application designed for Athletes and Coaches engaged in all levels of fitness to improve the training, weight loss, and fitness experience.
Addaero improves the process with data aggregation, social engagement and individual, group, and self-coaching. The athlete has a holistic view of their fitness results by pulling the data from multiple sources in to a unified view. The athlete engages in meaningful peer, group and coaching interaction using one-to-one and one-to-many relationships with Addaero and non-Addaero users.
